Where is my order?
You haven’t been notified about your order? Kindly login into your dripylux account, reconfirm your purchase to be sure your order has been sent to delivery.
Contact the customer care service if you’ve not been notified after 24hrs of purchase.
How do I cancel an order?
When an order is canceled before it has been shipped you will be automatically refunded.
If you wish to cancel after it has been shipped, please kindly notify the customer care in writing.
Refunds will be made after a thorough process

How to track my order?
Once a purchase has been confirmed and sent to delivery, a tracking number will be sent to you. Copy the number and paste in the “Track now” to see the shipping progress of your order.
If you haven’t received a tracking number, please reconfirm your purchase and contact the customer care immediately.
What happens if I receive a faulty order and wish to return?
Dripylux primary aim is to serve our customers better.
To avoid receiving faulty orders please kindly enter your accurate size details (see size chart to guide you).
You can also return a faulty order by writing to Dripylux within 24 hours of receiving the order. A refund process will begin as long as the item hasn’t been worn or altered by you (a thorough investigation will be conducted to ensure this).
It is the customer’s responsibility to facilitate return postage unless the item is incorrect or faulty, in which case Dripylux will make arrangements to cover the return postage.
