How do fees work on Dripylux?

Dripylux does not charge any fee for browsing and buying on the site. However, to register on the market place a 2% plus card processing fee will be applicable

 

 

How to register as a vendor?

     There are four easy steps to becoming a vendor

  1. You will find a login icon on the header of the site
  2. Click on the create an account and register as a vendor
  3. Enter all the necessary details (please enter accurate information)
  4. Create your List

How many products can I upload?

There’s no limit to the number of products that can be uploaded on your Seller store.

 

 

Why can't i see my item under ' New in'?

     Still can’t see your listing in ‘NEW IN’, it may be due to one of the following reasons;

  1. High volume of listings? If lots of new listings have been added to the site your listings may appear later in new in- try looking further back through the pages for your listings.
  2. Your item may have been suspended? We may suspend items that are inappropriate and against Dripylux Marketplace policies. This includes but is not limited to items that are not clothing or fashion accessories photography that is not according to our photography guidelines; offensive language; sexually explicit language/photography

How to list items and attract customers?

       It is imperative to create a good product list with great imagery. Your product must be aesthetically pleasing. We know that our customers get inspired by beautiful imagery, plus it helps to build your brand identity and emphasizes how amazing your product is.  In line with Dripylux’s photography guidelines, it is important that your products look great whether it’s indoors or outdoors, on location or in a studio, the best place to shoot your imagery is totally up to you.

 

 

How do I get paid?

Dripylux accepts only two payments options; Flutterwave and Local banking account.

Vendors can either have a flutterwave account or a local account details. Funds will only be deposited into any of these accounts.

Do I need a credit or debit card to create a shop?

No, a credit or debit card is not required to create a shop. To be verified as a seller you have the choice to use either a credit card or to register flutterwave. You will not incur any charges until you open your shop and publish your listings.

 

What can I sell on Dripylux?

Dripylux is home to unique African attires in all colours and for all seasons: dresses, skirts, tops, Ankara prints, men’s kaftan, polos, abayas, handmade bags, head wraps etc.

These collections should be in different sizes to fit all body types.

Dripylux also welcomes special outfits like custom made wedding dresses, African bridesmaid dresses and accessories.

 

What happens when customers return or cancel an order?

A customer is within his/her right to cancel an order until the point when they are marked as shipped.

Once the item has been sent, a customer can return the item requesting for a full refund so long as the item is received back to a Boutique in the same condition as it was sent without been altered.

If the customer wishes to return an item for any reason, they need to inform a Boutique in writing within 24hrs of receiving the item.

You need to provide instructions on how to return your item and once your item is received back, process the refund using the refund action within the order page.

It is the customer’s responsibility to facilitate return postage unless the item is incorrect or faulty, in which case the Boutique will need to make arrangements to cover the return postage.
